Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and well-versed hotel manager to join our team. We are looking to fill senior management position at Pink Hill Hotel.

Pink Hill Hotel Beaconsfield includes a large bistro, multiple function/event spaces, large sports bar with TAB facilities, multiple outdoor spaces and a gaming area.

n

The successful candidate should complement our existing hotel & events management team. With a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail to help lead with the other managers to establish and maintain procedures and best practice.

n

We require the right candidate to have experience in all areas of a busy hotel. Duties will include day to day running of the hotel, maintaining a high level of service and leading by example with a hands‐on approach is expected.

n

The successful applicant will be required to liaise with hotel & event management,



security and other staff to ensure the smooth running of shifts in order to ensure high customer service expectations are achieved and kept up along with a safe and inviting venue for patrons and staff. A high standard of communication, conduct, presentation and integrity along with a strong work ethic is required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

- A current Gaming license, RSG and RSA
n
- Thorough understanding of gaming and wagering legal requirements
n
- Experience in managing, training and development of staff
n
- Event / Function Experience
n
- TAB operator accredited
n
- Permanent Residency in Australia
n
- Ability to be versatile with all shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
