We are a family-run business located in Caroline Springs, and are widely recognised for our artisan doughnuts and speciality sandwiches.

Here at Pecks Road, we are constantly innovating and coming up with new exciting flavours that are inspired by Filipino and South-East Asian flavours. Our doughnuts are hand-crafted and made fresh every day and we offer a wide range of flavours which range from the classic original glaze to our Filipino ube coconut bombolone.

About you:

- Strong understanding of yeast-raised products from fermentation, proofing,



resting to frying/baking
n
- Works well in a team environment and has a cheerful attitude
n
- Able to produce consistent and high quality products
n
- Adheres to strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
n
- Committed to continuous professional growth
n
- Keeps team up to date with stock levels and prep jobs
n
- Can offer innovative ideas for new doughnut flavours
n
- Minimum Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification
n
- At least 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
