What you’ll do:
- Implement recommendations from financial advice plans for our clients.
- Maintain precise client records.
- Complete administrative duties such as booking appointments, maintaining calendars, answering phone calls, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships,
serving as a reliable point of contact.
- Liaise with third parties including accountants and/or lawyers for a comprehensive client service.

To be considered for this role you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Robust organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain client privacy.
- Proficiency in office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Desirable (not essential) qualifications and experience:
- Experience working in a financial advice support role.
- Knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and financial markets.
- Proficient use of financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management tools.
- Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the financial planning industry.
