About the Aged Care provider:

This trusted and well-known Aged Care provider has multiple residential aged care homes situated throughout the Newcastle region with support from the National Head Office based in Sydney that focus on delivering high-quality support to all their staff in facilities.

About the role:

n

This Quality Manager will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of clinical KPI's, quality care standards, compliance and education programs across 3 x aged care residential homes based in the Newcastle region that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.

n

Duties:

n

n
- Implementing innovative, best practice frameworks across aged care services, including conducting compliance reviews and gap analyses
n
- Provide project data and information for corporate reporting purposes.
n
- Provide education and training for employees in compliance, quality & risk systems and processes.
n




- Audits are completed and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's project management capability
n
- Project reports clearly identify issues, objectives and suggestions for improvements
n

Skills and experience:

n

n
- Good knowledge of Aged Care regulatory requirements
n
- Outstanding communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
n
- Research, analysis, and advice on best practice and innovative models and frameworks
n
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills
n
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and quality management systems
n
