What you'll do

- Proactively call and engage inactive and current members.
n
- Follow up with members and help progress live deals.
n
- Respond to support queries and member questions.
n
- Keep CRM records and follow-ups organised.
n
- Capture feedback to help improve the Scaling platform.
n

What we're looking for

n

You're a natural communicator who enjoys helping people, is comfortable picking up the phone and takes initiative. You're organised, resilient, detail-oriented and confident using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
