The Position:

n

We're now looking for a motivated Graduate Contract Administrator to join our close-knit team and grow their career in the building and construction industry.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

will include:

n

n
- Assisting Project Managers and Site Supervisors with day-to-day coordination of residential and commercial projects
n
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, variation claims, and site diaries
n
- Supporting tender and contract administration processes
n
- Tracking project timelines, budgets, and material orders using Excel and project management tools
n
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
n
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and assist with quality and safety compliance
n




- Updating and managing construction schedules and RFIs (Requests for Information)
n

You are an experienced graduate with a degree in Construction Management and some prior exposure working in a similar construction role (ideally within the building and construction industry). You thrive in a fun, close-knit team and are excited by the opportunity to build your career with a respected local firm.
