We are seeking a Full time Duty Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will haveproven staff managementexperience in a customer service environment. Reporting to theVenue Manager, you will be required to manage the day to day operations of a venue.

This position will be based at our Kingston venue, however our employees work across venues and flexibility is required to meet operational requirements.

Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and training a team

Sound experience in managing multiple priorities

A focus on building rapport with your team and customers

n

Ability to take ownership of your venue and team when on shift

n

Capability and experience to lead by example and ensure professionalism in all interaction with stakeholders

n

Can guide staff to follow policies and procedures, and address nonperformance issues

n

Demonstrated experience in compliance related activities, undertaking shift reporting and EOM procedures

n

Understanding of the licensed club industry (desirable) and its offerings

n

We are looking for an individual who has had minimum of 2-3yrs experience in a customer service setting and managing teams.

n

Ability to work within a rotating roster, consisting of day/nights.
