Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will support the day-to-day purchasing and inventory activities of the business while helping maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory systems. This is a hands‐on role that combines purchasing, inventory management, reporting, and supplier coordination. You will be working with a large product portfolio, multiple suppliers, and a fast‐moving operational environment where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

- Raise and manage purchase orders across multiple suppliers
n
- Liaise with suppliers for all B2B enquiries and requests
n
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment activities
n
- Assist with purchasing forecasts and demand planning
n
- Track supplier performance & lead times
n
- Manage backorders and ensure follow‐ups with suppliers are actioned
n
- Maintain accurate product, supplier, and inventory data
n
- Assist with pricing reviews and updates
n
- Generate inventory and purchasing reports using Excel and internal systems
n
- Support stock accuracy initiatives and continuous improvement projects
n
