Job Title: Aged or Disabled Carer
n Location: Clyde, Cranbourne, Pakenham & Dingley Village, Melbourne VIC
n Job Type: Permanent Full time
n Salary: AUD $80,000, – $82,000 per annum + Superannuation
n Vacancies: Multiple Positions Available

Task & responsibilities

n

n
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
n
- Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning.
n
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance.
n
- Assist with medication administration.
n
- Monitor participant wellbeing and report changes.
n
- Assist participants with therapeutic, rehabilitation and independence-building programs.
n
- Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
n
- Support community participation where required.
n

Qualification & experience Essential Requirements

n

n
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or related field.
n
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n




- First Aid and CPR.
n
- Current driver licence.
n

n
