Claims Coordinator – Immediate Start

Resto Rescue is seeking an organised and motivated Claims Coordinator to join our growing team for an immediate start.

We specialise in insurance restoration and emergency make-safe services across Melbourne. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently coordinate multiple jobs.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accept and manage new insurance claims
n
- Contact insureds and schedule technician attendances
n
- Coordinate restoration and make-safe works
n
- Liaise with builders, insurers, assessors, trades and clients
n
- Monitor jobs and ensure required timeframes are met
n
- Prepare and submit reports, scopes, estimates and invoices
n
- Maintain accurate job notes,



records and documentation
n
- Follow up outstanding approvals and information
n
- Provide regular updates to clients and insureds
n
- Support technicians and management with daily operations
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in insurance, restoration, building or claims coordination is highly regarded
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Confident and qualified phone manner
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication
n
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs and deadlines
n
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
n
- Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
n
