Join the Harwood Grains and Stockfeeds' team as a full-time Warehouse and Retail Operator. Based in Ballarat, VIC, this role is integral to the efficient operation of our manufacturing, warehousing and retail facility. You will be responsible for a range of duties, from managing inventory and processing orders to providing excellent customer service in our retail outlet.
What you'll be doing
- Fulfilling customer orders by picking, packing and dispatching goods from our warehouse
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service in our retail store
- Assisting with general warehouse and retail duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or retail setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift licence and experience (desirable)
