The Opportunity

n

As the first person our clients meet, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. You will also be the friendly face of our clinic and a vital support to our clinical team, helping us deliver seamless, top-notch care to all of our patients.

n

This is a part-time position involving an expected workload of 23 hours per week.

n

Your key duties will include but not be limited to:

n

Greeting clients warmly and managing front desk operations.

n

Scheduling appointments and handling phone and email enquiries.

n

Processing payments and managing health fund claims.

n

Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring confidentiality.





n

Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure seamless practice operations.

n

What We're Looking For

n

The successful candidate will be someone who:

n

Has minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare or reception role with experience using medical practice management software (highly advantageous).

n

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.

n

Demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

n

Is proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new software.
