We're currently looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to join our team at Emporio Armani Doncaster. This is a full‐time, permanent position at 38 hours per week.

About the Role:

n

As Boutique Manager, you'll take full ownership of your boutique's performance, leading a high‐performing team and creating an environment where every customer interaction counts. You'll set the pace on the floor, drive commercial results, and develop the next generation of talent from within.

- Lead daily morning briefs and day‐to‐day floor operations, keeping the team engaged, informed and motivated
n
- Support your team's growth through one‐on‐ones, development plans and hands‐on coaching in clienteling, after‐care and CRM
n
- Own the boutique's administrative operations, including WHS, rostering and time and attendance
n
- Build a positive,



supportive culture that brings out the best in your team
n
- Analyse business data to set clear sales goals and shape strategies that get results
n
- Grow the client base by generating new business and reactivating existing clientele
n
- Stay ahead of market trends to spot new opportunities for the boutique
n
- Lead by example on the floor, from VIP relationships to client events, showing your team what great looks like
n

About Your Skills:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a retail manager, preferably within fashion retail
n
- Solid business mindset with sharp problem‐solving skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience using POS systems
n
