Job Description

We have an chance for a motivated and experienced claims consultant to join our busy insurance practice on a full time basis.

n

Your duties will include:

n

new claim lodgments

n

support in the management of the portfolio of clients

n

process motor claims and data entry

n

drafting and amending a wide range of legal documents

n

reviewing and analysing documents

n

liaising with clients, agents, lawyers and suppliers

n

maintain and create documents and spreadsheets

n

answer phone calls and client queries

n

undertaking research tasks

n

general office administration, including scanning, photocopying, filing and archiving documents.

n

We are looking for a candidate who:

n





has experience in claims management including settlements and recoveries - preferably from work at another insurance company

n

is able to manage high volume tasks of files

n

has high-level communication and client relationship skills

n

has excellent work ethic, is motivated and willing to learn

n

is able to work independently

n

possess excellent communication skills

n

has excellent attention to detail

n

is able to manage their time effectively and efficiently.
