Due to explosive growth, they need a sharp, consultative Business Development Manager in Melbourne to spearhead mid-market acquisition and forge lucrative strategic partnerships.

Hunt & Convert: Strategically map target verticals to uncover, qualify, and close high-value mid-market deals.

Build the Engine: Identify and cultivate referral and channel partnerships to unlock scalable current revenue streams.

Consultative Closing: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to understand intricate client workflows, pitching tailored commercial solutions that speak directly to their bottom line.

Collaborate & Execute: Work lock-step with internal Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure flawless onboarding and clean client handovers.

3+ years of proven, quota-crushing experience selling SaaS, FinTech, or complex software solutions.

A relentless hunter mentality with a track record of building pipelines from scratch and winning mid-market business.

The gravitas and commercial acumen to negotiate confidently with Founders, CEOs, and technical leaders.
