As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our team in Sydney branch and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks include:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system related technical issues.
- Respond to technical enquiries and provide support to internal users, branches and customers.
- Install, configure, update and maintain software applications and computer systems.
- Assess user requirements and recommend appropriate hardware, software and technical solutions.




- Configure and troubleshoot network-connected devices, controllers and related equipment.
- Repair, replace and configure faulty computer hardware, peripherals and technical equipment.
- Assist users with system operation and provide technical guidance and training when required.
- Support system upgrades and improvements while maintaining accurate technical documentation and service records.

Skill & Experience

Skill level required :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICT Support Technician or a similar technical support role.
- Completion of IT Service Desk and Careers certifications
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and software installation/configuration skills.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, wireless networking and Microsoft operating systems/Office.
- Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a quick-paced team environment.
