We’re Hiring: Experienced Case Manager | Full time

We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our team in a full-time role.
This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands‑on experience working in an Australian migration practice and can confidently manage client files and progress matters with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
Previous experience working as a Migration Case Manager, Migration Assistant or in a similar migration-focused role
Strong experience with client file management and case progression
Practical experience handling Subclass 482 and Subclass 186 matters
Experience with skilled visas and Graduate visas
Experience preparing, managing or supporting Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) matters
Confidence working with multiple active matters, deadlines, documentation and client communication
Strong written communication,
organisation and attention to detail
