This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, bringing in new work and seeing projects through from the first conversation to successful completion. You will join a practical, supportive workplace where your ideas, initiative and contribution to our continued growth will be genuinely valued.

In this diverse, hands‑on role, you will build relationships with new and existing customers, prepare quotes, oversee current projects and pursue new opportunities. You will help ensure our customers’ daily plant, truck and equipment requirements are met, working closely with our Operations and Administration teams to keep everyone informed and each job running as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities/duties will include:

- Source new customers and identify new work opportunities with existing clients.
- Prepare written quotes and obtain customer acceptance before work begins.
- Coordinate truck and equipment orders and cancellations promptly with the Operations team.
- Review daily bookings to confirm job requirements are accurate.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Plan upcoming project requirements in partnership with Operations.
- Keep projects updated daily with customer representatives and internal teams.





ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone approachable, organised and dependable who enjoys building relationships and finding practical solutions. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working independently when needed, and pitching in as part of the team.

- Strong customer service, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience in sales and/or project coordination in the earthmoving, transport or construction industry.
- Experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent time‑management, planning and problem‑solving skills.
- A reliable, enthusiastic and professional approach.
- Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- A current Construction Induction Card, commonly known as a White Card.
