Job Description
ARW Homes is seeking a motivated carpenter to join our Mackay team, focusing on site set-out, framing, lock-up, fixing and finishing. You will lead a crew including at least one apprentice and supervise the team to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

You will develop trades by training apprentices, uphold secure work practices, and work either as a full-time employee or on a sub-contractor basis with appropriate insurances.
