Field Operations Representative - Touch of Gold (Midas)

n

Touch of Gold, a Midas franchise operation, is hiring a Field Operations Representative to work hands‐on with our store teams - not just report on them.

n

You'll travel daily to stores across the district (trips up to 2 hours one way) to reconcile cash, work repair orders, straighten out cores and returns, correct brand and store‐condition issues, and handle maintenance items - fixing what you can while you're there instead of just writing it down. You'll also serve as our emergency backup manager, stepping in to run a store on short notice if a Store Manager or Assistant Manager calls out sick or is on vacation.

What you'll do:

- Audit and reconcile cash, deposits, and drawer counts
n
- Track down repair orders and vehicles that don't match up, and help close them out
n
- Keep cores,



returns, and parts inventory clean and accounted for
n
- Monitor catalytic converter control and chase down anything missing
n
- Check uniform, brand, and store‐condition standards - and fix what you can onsite
n
- Review vendor spend and inventory counts for accuracy
n
- Step in as acting store manager when needed to keep a location running
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Experience in automotive service, tire/auto retail, or multi‐unit field operations
n
- Comfortable with hands‐on shop and counter work, not just clipboard audits
n
- Sharp with numbers - cash handling, reconciliation, spotting discrepancies
n
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel daily, including trips up to 2 hours one way
n
- Valid driver's license
n
- Flexible availability to cover a store on short notice
n
