Customer Service & Sales Consultant

Full Time | Applecross & O'Connor

About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised person to join our Poolwerx team in a varied full-time customer service and sales role. You’ll split your time between our retail stores and O'Connor office, helping customers in-store as well as preparing and following up customer quotes. No pool experience is required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What you'll be doing

- Helping customers in-store and over the phone
- Retail sales and customer service
- Preparing and following up customer quotes
- Helping customers choose the right products and solutions
- Water testing and pool advice – full training provided
- Working alongside our retail and service teams

We're looking for someone who

- Is friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people
- Has great customer service skills
- Is comfortable with sales and following up customers




- Is organised with good attention to detail
- Is comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Can work independently and take ownership of their work
- Is reliable, adaptable and keen to learn
- Holds a current driver's licence
