The Role

n

- Supervise and coordinate daily precast production
n
- Lead and support a team of 3–6 production staff
n
- Organise labour and production schedules
n




- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain strong safety standards
n
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
n
- Carry out quality checks and inspections
n
- Coordinate maintenance and help resolve production issues
n
- Train, coach and develop team members
n
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing is essential
n
- Production Supervisor experience preferred
n
- Leading Hand experience in precast with the ability to step up will be considered
n
- Strong understanding of precast concrete production processes
n
- Safety and quality focused
n
- Confident leading a small production team
n
- Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
n
- Trade qualification or engineering background highly regarded
n
