Position: Prison Cleaner

n

Location: Cherry Creek Youth Justice Centre, Little River VIC

n

Start Date: ASAP

n

Hours: Saturday to Wednesday | 8:30pm to 12:30am

n

Pay: From $35.20 per hour plus penalties and super

n

Contract: Permanent Part-Time

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Clean and sanitise offices, bathrooms, toilets and common areas
n
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain floors and surfaces
n
- Empty bins and manage waste removal
n
- Restock consumables and cleaning supplies
n
- Complete bio-cleaning when required
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous cleaning experience is highly regarded
n
- Reliable with a strong commitment to attendance and safety
n
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
n




- Physically capable of completing cleaning duties throughout the shift
n
- Robust attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
n

To Be Considered, You Must Have

n

- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- A National Police Check
n
- A valid Employee Working With Children Check
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
n
- No past or current connections or associations with individuals in Victorian correctional facilities
n
