About the Role

n

As a 4x4 Accessory Technician, you'll be responsible for the professional installation and fitment of a wide range of ARB products and vehicle accessories.

n

Your work will include everything from bull bars and canopies through to suspension, electrical systems, touring equipment and other vehicle upgrades.

n

This is a hands-on role where quality, safety and attention to detail are essential. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a busy workshop workplace, delivering a high standard of workmanship for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Fit and install ARB 4x4 accessories and vehicle upgrades
n
- Install bull bars, suspension, canopies, electrical systems and touring equipment
n
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections and quality control checks
n
- Diagnose and solve installation and fitment issues
n
- Follow manufacturer specifications and workplace safety procedures
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop
n
- Work closely with the sales and workshop team to deliver excellent customer outcomes
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who has:

n

n
- Motor Mechanic is preferred, but not essential
n
- Previous mechanical, auto-electrical or 4WD accessory fitting experience
n
- A genuine passion for 4WDs, touring and the outdoors
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
n
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
n
- A commitment to workplace safety
n
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
n
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
n

n

Experience in 4WD accessory fitment will be highly regarded.
