As a QHSE Manager, you'll report to the Head of Operations, working in a manufacturing setting to lead, maintain and continuously improve the company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems while partnering closely with operational teams to drive compliance, product quality and business performance.

Duties:

- Lead and continuously improve the company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.
n
- Manage ISO 9001 and HACCP certification, surveillance audits and recertification activities.
n
- Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances and incidents, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
n
- Partner closely with manufacturing and operational teams to improve quality, safety and compliance performance.
n
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessment and workplace safety initiatives.
n
- Support process control,



process capability and product quality performance across manufacturing operations.
n
- Lead, mentor and develop the Quality team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
n
- Background within regulated manufacturing industries such as food, pharmaceutical, medical device, packaging, plastics or injection moulding manufacturing.
n
- Demonstrated experience in a QHSE, Quality or Food Safety leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
n
- Proven experience developing, implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality management systems.
n
- HACCP and Food Safety management experience.
n
- Experience leading internal and external audits, certification programs and compliance activities.
n
- Strong root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventative action (CAPA) and non-conformance investigation experience.
n
