With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a diverse range of projects, BorCor continues to grow and is looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified cabinet maker who enjoys working on quality projects, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.

About the Role

n

Working as part of the BorCor workshop team, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of a wide variety of custom joinery projects.

n

Depending on the project, you will have the opportunity to work independently or alongside other experienced tradespeople, taking projects from production through to completion.

n

Your day-to-day work will include:

n

Manufacturing and assembling high-quality commercial and architectural joinery.

n

Working from architectural, shop and production drawings.

n

Cutting, assembling and fitting cabinetry and joinery components.

n

Working with a variety of materials, finishes and hardware.

n

Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard.

n

Checking measurements, finishes and overall quality throughout the manufacturing process.

n

Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet project deadlines.

n

Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe workshop environment.

n

About You

n

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cabinet Maker / Joiner who takes genuine pride in producing quality work.

n

To be successful, you will ideally have:

n

Previous experience within a commercial, architectural or high-end residential joinery environment.

n

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and production drawings.

n

Good knowledge of cabinet construction, assembly and installation.

n

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

n

Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to your work.

n

The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.

n

A reliable, punctual and professional approach.

n

A strong work ethic and willingness to take pride in the finished product.

- $38.75 - $41 per hour + Overtime

- 6:00am – 2:30pm working hours, with overtime available.
