n Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking passionate and flexible Assistant Educators to join our team at our Tarneit North centre.

We are looking for 3 Assistant Educators to join our team in permanent part-time positions, working in a float capacity across all age groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators who enjoy variety, are adaptable and love supporting children and teams wherever they are needed.

As a Float Assistant Educator, you'll work across our nursery, toddler, and kindergarten rooms, supporting our educators to provide high-quality care, engaging learning experiences and a safe, nurturing environment for every child.

The Opportunity

n

As a Float Assistant Educator, you will:

n

n
- Work across all rooms and age groups, supporting children from birth to 5 years
n




- Assist educators in providing high-quality care and education
n
- Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences
n
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
- Help create a secure, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
n
- Assist with routines, transitions, meals, sleep and other daily experiences
n
- Support room teams to maintain a high standard of care and supervision
n
- Contribute to programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies
n
- Adapt to the needs of the centre and confidently support different rooms as required
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

n

n
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
n
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
n
- The flexibility and adaptability to work across different rooms and age groups
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to work
n
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
