We are seeking a meticulous and organised Payroll Officer to join our team at addWorth Partners. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services to clients across the NDIS, community services and healthcare sectors. This is an experienced payroll position.

Key responsibilities

- Processing weekly and fortnightly payroll accurately and on time, including wages, salaries, allowances, penalties, overtime and deductions
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including leave balances and entitlements
- Ensuring payroll processes comply with applicable legislation, award requirements and client policies
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and responding clearly and professionally to payroll queries
- Preparing payroll reports and reconciliations
- Supporting improvements to payroll processes, systems and accuracy across our client portfolio

About you

- A minimum of two years' experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role with substantial hands-on payroll responsibilities




- Demonstrated practical experience applying the SCHADS Award in payroll processing, or relevant payroll experience applying the Nurses Award, Health Professionals and Support Services Award, or Supported Employment Services Award
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to process payroll accurately
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using payroll software and systems, ideally Employment Hero
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing payroll deadlines
- Transparent communication skills and confidence liaising with clients
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee and payroll information
