We are seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Home Maintenance & Landscaping team for our Social Enterprise, reporting to our Home Maintenance & Landscaping Manager.

This role will support and supervise supported employees on both home maintenance tasks in the community for our customers, and in house maintenance across McCallum Sites.

About you

You bring experience in general maintenance/repairs, supported with a related trade qualification

You have demonstrated understanding of job quoting and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget

You have a genuine commitment to choice, control and inclusion for people with a disability

You’re a collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive workplace and enjoys mentoring, coaching, and supporting others to succeed.

You remain calm under pressure, using initiative and problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected situations.

You’re highly organised,



with strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.

You can work autonomously when needed, while also contributing positively within a team workplace
