Busy Bakery in Capalaba seeking Trade Qualified Baker

Seeking an experienced trade qualified baker able to work full time - including weekend shift work. The applicant will be able to produce the following products:

- everyday sandwich bread products to industry standard
n
- sweet bread products
n
- savoury bread products
n

n

Additional roles will include the assistance or production of:

n

n
- sweet yeast products including donuts
n
- various cake mixes - sponge, utility cake mixes, mud cake, etc
n
- pastry products including shortbread, puff pasty, choux pastry and pie bottom
n
- biscuits and sweets.
n

n

Standard hours of work is strictly night/ early morning shifts commencing 12:00am (midnight) for week day baking shifts; 11:00pm for weekend baking shifts.

n

The successful applicant will be working with 1 apprentice during his/her shift and on most occasions with the senior baker and/or owner.
