We are looking for seasoned leader to take on the National Installation Manager role. The role will be located in Goulburn. This is a senior management position, which will ensure installation and service work performance is achieved in respect to safety (people and wellbeing), quality, scheduling and operating cost targets.

This position will also provide autonomous leadership to national installation teams, delivering in full on time (DIFOT) for our key stakeholders.

n

About you

n

To be successful in this role, you will hold a trade qualification as a minimum requirement. A diploma or degree in a related field will be viewed favourably but is not essential.

n

- We are seeking a leader with a strong background in manufacturing and automotive installation environments, with proven experience in leading multiple workshops regionally or nationally.
n
- Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing dispersed teams.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
n
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance quality and profitability.
n
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on as required.
n
- Understanding of HSEQ compliance and regulatory requirements.
n
- Budget management experience.
n

Key Accountabilities

- Contributes to the execution of strategic plans
n
- Provides leadership, coaching and support to all Site Managers nationally & Fleet brand staff, to develop a high performing team.
n
- Coordinates training & development of team (builds team capability)
n
- Sets explicit expectations including team KPI’s and holds employees accountable.
n
- Responsible for Installation & Service execution budget.
n
- Manages staff resources to execute a flexible national installation & service schedule.
n
- Manages daily installation plans and holds Site Managers accountable for high quality service bodies and planned deadlines.
n
- Facilitates and manages the installation process flow nationally.
n
- Standardises processes to ensure consistency in the way the work is done at all locations nationally.
n




- Ensures that lean principles are followed at all locations nationally.
n
- Manages the Fleet Brand function nationally
n
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory obligations (HSEQ).
n
- Owns workplace safety including risk and hazard identification and mitigation.
n
- Ensures that teams execute their work with a ‘Right First Time’ mentality.
n
- Continuous Improvement: Responsible to improve quality and find ways to improve efficiencies at each site.
n
- Creates daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required
n
- Works closely with and supports the entire Hidrive organisation to achieve common objectives. Collaborates with cross departments to work as ‘one team’. Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning & Scheduling, Supply Chain, Revenue & Customer Care, HSEQ, P&C;, ICT, Contractors & consultants, All employees/workforce.

Meetings:

n

- Organises and runs daily installation huddles meetings with relevant stakeholders.
n
- Participates in the leadership, the monthly and weekly OPS planning & performance review meetings.
n

Participates in sales and operations (S&OP;) planning meetings/routines.
