About the Role

n

This is a consistent, ongoing full-time casual position with a strong prospect to transition into a permanent role within 6 to 12 months.

n

Shifts can vary, so flexibility is essential.

n

This is not solely a driving role. We are seeking motivated all-rounders who are happy to get out of the truck, work hands‐on in the field, and assist with a range of industrial and environmental services.

n

As an HR Driver / Labourer, you will operate vacuum tankers and liquid waste vehicles while supporting industrial cleaning, non‐destructive digging (NDD), and site service operations across a variety of customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating vacuum tankers and liquid waste vehicles
n




- Collecting and transporting liquid waste to approved treatment and recycling facilities
n
- Performing drain and pit cleaning using vacuum extraction equipment
n
- Conducting high‐pressure water jetting and industrial cleaning activities
n
- Assisting with non‐destructive digging (NDD) operations
n
- Supporting industrial cleaning and site service projects
n
- Completing work safely and efficiently to meet customer expectations
n
- Carrying out daily pre‐start checks, maintenance, and safety inspections
n
- Complying with all WHS, environmental, and operational procedures
n
- Current HR Driver's Licence
n
- Demonstrated NDD (Non-Destructive Digging) experience (desirable)
n
- Experience within the water industry, particularly in the construction and rehabilitation of water and sewer networks
n
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel to different sites as required
