About the Role: Disability Support Worker

n

We're expanding our frontline team and are looking for compassionate, dependable professionals to deliver exceptional support to our participants.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Provide direct support in personal care, community participation, transport, and daily routines.

n





Follow person‐centred plans to help participants reach their goals and live independently.

n

Uphold the highest standards of documentation, safety, and safeguarding.

n

Implement behaviour support strategies (with full training provided).

n

Communicate respectfully and professionally with families and colleagues.

n

What You Bring:

n

A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability.

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

n

Current First Aid & CPR certification.

n

A full driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

n

Flexibility and reliability across shifts.

n

Experience in complex or high‐intensity support environments.

n

Prior work in SIL or community‐based roles.

n

Familiarity with case management platforms (e.g. Splose).
