Assistant Store Manager | Traralgon n

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your retail management skills, contribute to store success, and share your passion for golf with like-minded customers and teammates.

What You’ll Be Doing n

- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store
n
- Helping lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals
n
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience and building strong customer relationships
n
- Managing stock levels and ensuring the store remains organised, well-presented and fully replenished
n
- Training and developing team members to maximise their potential
n
- Assisting with visual merchandising and the execution of promotional activities
n
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and effectively
n
- Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
n
- Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
n





What We’re Looking For nn
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Team Leader or similar
n
- A proven ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
n
- Commercial awareness and the ability to analyse sales results and identify growth opportunities
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Flexibility to work a retail roster, including every second Saturday
n
- A genuine interest in golf and a willingness to continually build your product knowledge
