Sous Chef – Flying Colours Bar

Flying Colours Bar is seeking a reliable and motivated Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality food service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily kitchen operations and service
Support menu preparation and food quality standards
Supervise and work alongside kitchen staff during service
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Assist with stock control and ordering
Support rostering, training, and team development as required

About You:
Solid organisational and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Adaptable availability including nights and weekends
