Experienced Support Worker Required
We are seeking an experienced female support worker to provide in-home support to two female participants.

Duties include:
Medication management
Personal care and daily living activities
Meal preparation
Light household duties
Providing compassionate and respectful support in the participants' home

Shift Schedule
Week 1
Monday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Week 2
Monday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
Base hourly rate: $36.81
Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $41.23
Saturday: $51.54
Sunday: $66.26




Public holiday: $80.99

Requirements
Previous experience in disability or aged-care support
Experience with medication management and personal care
Reliable, compassionate and skilled
Ability to work independently and follow support plans
A current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Working with Children Check - Employee
