What You’ll Be Doing

- Showcasing available rental properties via open-for-inspections
- Managing and responding to leasing enquiries in a timely manner
- Processing applications, conducting reference checks, and preparing lease documentation
- Building strong relationships with Rental Providers, Renters, and our property management team
- Assisting with marketing, property presentation, and showcasing our listings
- Facilitating renter onboarding to set clear expectations from the beginning
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation
- Delivering a polished, professional experience at every touchpoint

Who You Are

You’re confident, well presented, great with people and have outstanding communication skills. You’re organised, proactive,



and highly motivated to grow your real estate career. You bring enthusiasm, reliability, a positive team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.

You’ll also need:

- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable car
- Experience in real estate or customer service (preferred but not essential — we’ll train you)
