OCC is seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our fleet and depot operations in North Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in keeping operations running safely, efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our growing Traffic Management business.

THE ROLE

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fleet
- Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor fleet utilisation and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Schedule preventative maintenance and ensure vehicle downtime is minimised.
- Liaise with drivers, management, suppliers.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standardsand legislative requirements.
- Prepare regular fleet performance and cost reports.
- Ensure the depot remains tidy, safeand well-maintained at all times.
- Coordinate the setup, fit outand operational readiness of traffic management pod trucks and utes.

ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in a Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Administrator, Traffic Management or similar operational support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.

Highly Regarded

- Experience using Traffio or similar fleet management systems.
- Previous experience in the traffic management, civil construction or infrastructure sectors.
- HR Licence
