About the Role

n

We are seeking passionate and motivated Accredited Exercise Physiologists to join our growing mobile health team across Greater Sydney.

n

This contractor position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering evidence-based exercise interventions directly within the community. Services may be provided in clients' homes, residential aged care facilities, workplaces, community centres, gyms, and other suitable locations.

n

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and committed to improving health outcomes for individuals living with chronic conditions, injuries, disabilities, and age-related health concerns.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing reviews.
n
- Develop individualized exercise programs based on clinical needs and goals.
n
- Deliver exercise physiology services in community and home-based settings.
n
- Support clients under Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Support At Home,



WorkCover, CTP, private health, and private referral pathways.
n
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as required.
n
- Complete high-quality clinical notes and reports within required timeframes.
n
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, support coordinators, case managers, employers, and other stakeholders.
n
- Promote protected exercise participation and client self-management strategies.
n
- Maintain professional standards in accordance with ESSA guidelines and legislation.

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology.
n
- Current ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
- Current National Police Check.
n
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Reliable motor vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Greater Sydney.
n
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
n
- ABN and ability to work as an independent contractor.
n
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
