Our pharmacy is focused on medicines, health products and professional pharmacy services. We don't sell gifts or beauty products. Most of our customer conversations are about health needs, mental health support, medications, minor ailments, vaccinations and finding the right product or service to help. We believe that by focusing on health and creating excellent customer experience is how we make a positive impact on our community.

What you'll be doing

n

Your role will include:

n

n
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer
n
- Customer service- Listening to customers and helping them find the right health solutions
n
- Triaging pharmacy work flow and supporting pharmacists with custormer requests, phone enquiries, scripts in/out
n




- Processing sales accurately
n
- Stock control- Stock ordering, receiving and maintainance. Expiry checks.
n
- Merchandising and maintaining attractive display and compliant planograms
n
- Keeping the pharmacy clean, organised and presentation-ready
n
- Assisting in the dispensary, with training provided
n
- Delivering medications to local customers when required
n

Hours

n

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:00am–5:30pm
n Saturday: 9:00am–12:30pm, alternate Saturdays

We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to work and develop as a pharmacy assistant as a career. The role is not suitable for qualified pharmacists, pharmacist interns, or applicants seeking pharmacy-assistant employment as a temporary pathway while completing pharmacist registration requirements.
