Favgrow pty ltd is looking for a passionate, career-minded gardener to join our team on a casual basis. We manage a boutique portfolio of high-rise rooftop and containerised gardens across inner Melbourne. This isn't your standard garden maintenance role, and we're not your standard garden maintenance business.

About the role:

- Casual position, 5 days per week (approx. 36-38 hours)
n
- Working across a variety of rooftop and containerised gardens throughout inner Melbourne
n
- Based out of Richmond
n
- All tools provided
n
- Topiary and hedging
n
- Weeding
n
- Soil testing
n
- Pest and disease identification and treatment
n
- Plant analysis
n
- Irrigation system monitoring and maintenance
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Previous horticultural experience is essential
n
- A Certificate in Horticulture is preferred
n
- Someone genuinely pursuing a career in horticulture, with a true passion for plants
n
- Attention to detail and a robust work ethic
n
