About the role

We have a new SupportedIndependentLiving(SIL) accommodationat Terrey Hillsand are looking for experiencedDisability Support Workers who can walk the talk with person centered care and provide exceptional care to our participants.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for the participants' daily activities. From providing personalcare,community involvement,completingreports, and following personal support plans.

Duties

- Domestic Assistance – Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Personal Care – Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Achieve Goals Together – Implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals.
- Community Connection – Assist with social outings and community participation.
- Stay Informed – Understand each client’s needs and adapt to changes.
- Positive Engagement – Build solid, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team.

Requirements

- NSW DriversLicenceand access to an insured vehicle.
- A current Working With Children’s check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- NDIS Workers Check and completion of NDIS worker orientation module.
