Site Reliability Engineer

we are seeking two Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) professionals based in Australia. We are considering candidates at either the Intermediate or Experienced level.

n

Experience in the following areas is desirable:

n

Professional Experience

n

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer.

n

Methodologies:

n

Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches.

n

DevOps Standards

n

Knowledge on DevOps tools and standards.

n

Core Passions:

n

Passionate about secure coding practices, Software Engineering, contact centre migration and API Based applications support.

n

Solid hands-on experience with AWS Connect and related AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM).

n

Domain Knowledge:

n

Experience with contact centre technologies (IVR, ACD, CTI, call routing, workforce management).

n

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

n

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

n

CI/CD & Tooling:

n





Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Codefresh), JIRA, ServiceNow & Qliksense.

n

Observability:

n

Knowledge of monitoring and alerting (observability).

n

Familiarity with incident management and SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs).

n

Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

n

Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

n

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

n

Mindset: Ownership mindset and proactive approach to reliability.
