About the role

n

We're looking for a friendly, confident and organised person to join our Poolwerx team in a varied full-time customer service and sales role. You'll split your time between our retail stores and O'Connor office, helping customers in-store as well as preparing and following up customer quotes. No pool experience is required – we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What you'll be doing

- Helping customers in-store and over the phone
n
- Retail sales and customer service
n
- Preparing and following up customer quotes
n
- Helping customers choose the right products and solutions
n
- Water testing and pool advice – full training provided
n
- Working alongside our retail and service teams
n

n

We're looking for someone who

n

n
- Is friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people
n
- Has great customer service skills
n




- Is comfortable with sales and following up customers
n
- Is organised with good attention to detail
n
- Is comfortable with computers and learning new systems
n
- Can work independently and take ownership of their work
n
- Is reliable, adaptable and keen to learn
n
- Holds a current driver's licence
n
