Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking a production worker for our client in Lara VIC. Our client is Australia's largest and only national provider of high-performance animal nutrition solutions.

This casual role operates on a roster, requiring flexibility across the morning.

Key responsibilities:

- Operate in accordance with strict safety and quality standards
n
- Perform repetitive manual handling and physical tasks
n
- Follow detailed instructions and adhere to company procedures
n
- Work both independently and collaboratively in small or large team
n
- Operating and performing forklift duties
n

What we're looking for:

- Proven reliability and punctuality
n
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
n
- Willingness to work flexible hours
n
- Ability to complete repetitive, physically demanding work
n
- No dust allergies - working in environments where dust may be present
n




- Production or manufacturing experience preferred
n
- Forklift Licence (Essential)
n
- Own reliable transport to and from site
n
