You'll coordinate daily deliveries and collections, plan efficient driver runs and respond to changing priorities throughout the day. You'll prepare driver runsheets, monitor deliveries, track freight with airlines and CTOs, update our eTrack dashboard and ensure freight movements are accurately recorded and closed. This is a hands-on operational role in a fast-paced e-commerce and freight setting combining transport allocation, freight coordination, customer service, compliance and administration.

Key responsibilities

- Track and trace freight and keep customers updated on delivery status and delays
- Register and process freight accurately within our systems
- Coordinate drivers and monitor progress throughout the day
- Complete out-turns, pre-alerts and operational file management
- Assist with forklift operation, air cargo reporting, billing and general administration
- Help resolve delivery delays, freight issues and other day-to-day operational problems
- Support customs, biosecurity and regulatory compliance, including underbond movements andICS/eTrack updates
- Prepare driver runsheets and monitor deliveries





About you

- Experience in transport, logistics, freight forwarding or e-commerce operations
- Strong communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ICsystem system is preferable but not essential
- Experience with customs systems or bonded freight is desirable, but not essential
- Reliable, accurate and comfortable taking ownership of your work
- Able to communicate confidently with drivers, customers and internal teams
- Able to adjust quickly when operational priorities change
- Casual position with opportunity to transition to permanent employment for the right person
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm
