Warehouse All-Rounder – Furniture, Deliveries and Events

About the Role

As our Warehouse All-Rounder, you will play an important part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

The position will initially be based at our Bayswater North warehouse . Please note that our warehouse will be relocating to Rowville in October 2026 , so applicants must be able to work from both locations.

This is not a role where you will be doing the same task all day. You will work across receiving, stock handling, order dispatch, deliveries, furniture assembly and event setup.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Receiving, unloading and checking incoming deliveries
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately
- Maintaining stock levels and inventory records
- Organising stock and keeping the warehouse clean and safe
- Safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assisting with local customer deliveries when required
- Assembling furniture and setting up showroom displays
- Supporting exhibition setup, pack-down and event logistics
- Working closely with the warehouse and operations team




- Helping wherever needed to keep daily operations moving efficiently

About You

You will be a great fit for this position if you are:

- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
- Positive, proactive and willing to help the team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to safely complete the physical requirements of the role, including regularly lifting and moving heavy or bulky furniture
- Careful and accurate when handling stock and customer orders
- A good communicator who works well with others
- Flexible and willing to assist across warehouse, delivery, showroom and exhibition duties
- Able to work in Bayswater North initially and Rowville following the warehouse relocation

Previous warehouse, logistics, furniture or delivery experience is preferred. A forklift licence is highly regarded; however, candidates willing to obtain one are also encouraged to apply.

A current driver’s licence is also highly regarded.
