About the role

The Service Delivery Analyst provides frontline ICT support, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering a consistent and positive user experience.

Your main duties will include:

- Incident & Request Resolution
- Maintain valuable ticket Management & throughput practices
- Support a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Build strong relationships with site staff
- Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary’s values of healing, hospitality, stewardship, and respect.
- Will involve after hours support from time to time

About you

- Experience in ICT support
- Ability to manage workload and priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills




- Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
