A leading Australian financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

n

This role is ideal for an experienced cloud networking professional who enjoys designing, building and optimising secure, scalable cloud infrastructure within a complex enterprise environment. You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's cloud networking strategy while working with up-to-date technologies across public cloud and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design, implement and enhance cloud networking and security infrastructure across public cloud environments
n
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions to improve automation and consistency
n




- Provide Level 3 technical support and act as an escalation point for complex cloud network issues
n
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of future infrastructure initiatives and cloud transformations
n
- Support the development of technology standards, governance frameworks and best practices
n
- Partner with key stakeholders across technology and business teams to deliver critical infrastructure outcomes
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong experience working with public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and/or GCP
n
- Deep understanding of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, routing, IP addressing, load balancing and network security
n
- Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Python and Ansible
n
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud, network and infrastructure issues
n
- Industry certifications such as Cisco, AWS or Azure are highly regarded
