Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Set up and operate CNC Turret Punching Machines.
n
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and production documentation.
n
- Select and load appropriate tooling for production requirements.
n
- Conduct first-off inspections and quality checks.
n
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
n
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
n
- Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns.
n
- Work safely and maintain compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
n
- Assist with other sheet metal fabrication activities as required.
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n




- Proven experience setting up and operating a CNC Turret Punching Machine.
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
n
- Strong understanding of Sheetmetal fabrication processes.
n
- Experience working with a variety of Sheetmetal materials and thicknesses.
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
n
- Solid problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
n
- Commitment to workplace safety.
n
- Experience with Amada, turret punching equipment.
n
- Experience with CNC programming or nesting software.
n
- Experience in fabrication of electrical cabinets, panels.
n
